Our mission

At Forest Flavor, we believe good work and good quality products go hand in hand. We’re dedicated to bringing Sacramento and surrounding areas high quality freshly harvested culinary and medicinal mushrooms. We whole heartedly believe in regenerative agriculture. On our farm we utilize bi-product of the local lumbar and agricultural industries, turning waste into food. We do not use pesticides, fungicides, or other harmful chemicals during our process. We are deeply rooted in care, respect for the land, and a love for the natural gift of life the earth has given us. There is a lot of expertise that goes into our craft. And we are happy and blessed to be able to serve our local community!
